A phenomenal experience I would recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and immersive Amman adventure and Jerash. We started at the citadel and were given an insightful overview of the dynamic social and political forces that have shaped modern Amman and Jordan. We sampled some local sweets, including sugar cane juice, as we wandered about the lively, bustling downtown area. Decadent hummus and falafel at a renowned Amman eatery was followed by a trip to Kanafeh stand bursting with locals. We finished the day with a trip to Rainbow street where we imbibed a refreshing lemon mint drink and shawarma. Our guide was fantastic, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful we highly recommended, If you come to Amman, do this tour!

We had an amazing experience on vistting Jerash “Gerasa” iwhich is the most complete and best preserved Graeco-Roman city in the middle east then back to Amman. This tour was the perfect way to see the highlights of Amman and try some amazing local food all in one day. Perfect for your first day in Amman. Our first stop was the Citadel setting us up with an excellent guide for a tour. After the Citadel, we visited the Roman Theatre and the King Abdullah Mosque. After a few hours of sightseeing, we then embarked on the food tour portion of the trip. We ate amazing food from falafel to shawarma to sugar cane juice and left the tour extremely full and satisfied. We highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see the highlights of Amman with a great guide in 1 day!

An amazing way to see Amman! The driver was right on time and an absolute pleasure to be with. He is very knowledgeable and proud of his city. At the Citadel, he did a wonderful job of showing us the sights. A fantastic day. Highly recommend this one day tour.

We had the pleasure of booking with map tour & events. firstly explored the Citadel and the amphitheater before venturing on the walking downtown food tour, the food souk, then Rainbow St. We sampled all the local cuisine and thoroughly enjoyed it. The driver was a very gracious guide who never hurried us and was very easy to chat to.
