Start the day with a city tour in Jordan's capital, it should come as no surprise that Amman is brimming with activity and has no end of exciting things to do. The historical places are located in downtown, where we visit the Citadel with remains from the Roman to the early Islamic period. Then we have a round in the Archaeological Museum. Visit the Roman Theatre from 2nd century with 6000 seats and time to stroll through Jabal Amman, one of the oldest parts of Amman.
In the morning we drive ca. 50 km in the north to Jerash. the best example of a Roman provincial city in the whole Middle East. We visit the spectacular Forum, Roman colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum and the Temple of Artemis, Jerash has a rhythm not seen anywhere else in Jordan. We will never miss the ancient riverbeds, vast pastel-colored stretches of sandy desert and amazing rock formations known as jebels form the incredible landscape of Wadi Rum in the south of Jordan. ". After that we leave the desert behind and hit the road to Aqaba at the Red Sea, for check in at your hotel.
You have two leisure days in Aqaba, Jordan's only seaport. Relax at the beach or try one of the water activities to discover the varied marine life like snorkeling or a glass bottom boat ride. Overnight at hotel. The only gateway to the sea, to enjoy the beaches of the Red Sea.
